|Real name||Keiji Hattori|
Keiji Hattori (服部 慶次 Hattori Keiji) is the son of Ryuji and Yukie Hattori, the husband of Teresa Hattori and the father of Ryushi and Shizuka. He is also the older twin brother of Kenji Hattori and therefore is the uncle of Kenshin. He is currently an active Masanari Black Flowers agent, operating under the alias of "The White Raven." His guardian spirit is Huginn, the Yang Raven of Thought.
Keiji is a tall Valley Nomad man with messy black hair and brown eyes. He wears a more elaborate take on the standard Ueno robes with red and white markings.
Keiji is smart and resourceful but at the same time he is rash and bold, usually getting himself into situations where his twin brother must get him to calm down. When it comes to his children, Keiji is very protective of them. After the passing of his wife and the murder of his son, he has become even more protective and concerned about his daughter, Shizuka.
As a member of the Hattori Clan, Keiji has been trained in almost every style of combat. His guardian spirit is Huginn and specializes in fire and light-attributed attacks. He has an uncanny 'twin telepathy' with his brother, Kenji.
As the first born son, leadership of the Hattori Clan and the Masanari Black Flowers would automatically fall to him. However, Keiji did not want to risk destroying his relationship with his brother and therefore denied the position. In addition, as the first born, his first born son would automatically be the next heir.
After the murder of his son, Keiji noticed a severe change in his daughter. She had become cold and distant, focusing all her time on training and becoming stronger. This worried Keiji as she was still only a child and barely a teenager. As a result, he sent her on a forced vacation to see the world, urging her to spend time in relaxation and cherish the time she has as a child, as she has a very long time until she needs to grow up. Shizuka reluctantly agreed, so long as she would be assigned missions from time to time and took it as an opportunity to seek her revenge on her brother's killers.
