Clay Grit (クレイ・グリッド Kurei Gurito) is a Bakugan: Next Generation character and the son of canon characters Ace Grit and Mira Fermin. He is a Subterra battler partnered with Magma Wilda. He is the leader of the Vestal Division of the Brawlers.
Clay is a 16 year old Vestal boy and the son of Ace and Mira. He has shoulder length orange hair and blue eyes. He wears a blue shirt, a brown leather jacket and white pants.
Clay is a headstrong and independent young boy with high morals. He's a natural leader and his headstrong attitude often puts him at odds with DJ Kuso. He is very protective of his little sister, to the point where he might end up trying to control her life so that she doesn't so anything he doesn't want her to do.

Aaron is Clay's best friend and they often hang out together.
Clay is very protective of his little sister, so much in fact that it mirrors his father's overprotectiveness of their aunt Ayden.
Due to their similar personalities and cocky, stubborn attitudes, they often clash head.
BackgroundBorn to Ace and Mira, Clay is Blaze's older brother and his cousins are Wraith, Soul, Shin, Shiori and Shizuka. His best friend is Aaron Leltoy, with whom he grew up and cares very much for his little sister. He eventually formed his own group of Battle Brawlers with his best friend, sister and two cousins as their leader.
Following the events of Ivory Ragnarok, Clay is one of the few members of the Battle Brawlers left and acts as their main Subterra battler. During Resistance Resurrection, his arguing with DJ and Izzy hamper the group's ability to succeed against Naga.
